Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- It takes a few days to fulfill/pack our order before they go out to shipping. A reminder the fulfilling days and shipping days are separate days.
- Delivery times are different for every order and depending on which country we are shipping to.
- International shipping time takes between 7-28 days. We ship to most countries but not all yet.
- Shipping in Sweden takes approxiamtely 3-7 working days.
- All shipping fees are applied to all orders and the costs vary depending on where we are shipping to plus the weight of the order. The final shipping cost you will see at Check Out.
- We ship to most countries but not worldwide, yet. Hopefully in the near future.
Returns:
- Returns and errors must be handled with within 30 days after the product has been delivered to the customer.
- Contact us as soon as possible via email: khivanaco@gmail.com. We will need the order number and a clear photo if there is any damaged issues with the products.
- Digital products have no return or refund rights.
- Skincare products are non-refundable. If there are any issues, contact our customer support via email.
- Customers are responsible for the return costs.
